Today it was “Almond Apricot” drink. Simple and easy to make.
Serves 4, preparation 10 min., plus 1 hr soaking, 30 min cooling.
- 150 gr. Almonds (peeled)
- 200 gr apricots (about 4)
- 1,25 lt. Water
- 2 tablespoons of Acacia honey
- A pinch of “fleur de sel”
- Ice cubes to serve.
Soak the almonds in a cup of water for at least an hour. Then drain, cut the apricots in half, and blend apricots and almonds with a cup of water.
Filter the mixture through a fine sieve. Put in a jug, add the honey and the salt. Taste and add honey to your taste if needed.
Keep in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving.
Serve chilled with ice cubes, and a recyclable straw. Toss the plastic ones FOREVER. @Greta!
