Here we go again.

The news are not good; Not only the virus is back again, but it is growing with alarming speed. It is not funny!

And with the contagion numbers growing, there are new restrictions.

Not as strict as in Feb-March of this year but still nothing to be happy about. It is now mandatory to have the mask on inside and out. Except in the privacy of our homes.

Thankfully –so far–we are still allowed to do sports activities without wearing a mask, just jogging I believe. Since there are rumors that gyms are going to be closed again.

Italy, like Germany, is doing a little better this time around, but it is not a good idea to feel too cocky, the numbers can fly up very fast. Being diligent and obeying the rules is a must.

We are urged to do the flu vaccine, but the demand must have been very high because so far they are not available everywhere.

I think it is important to go by the rules, be optimistic, get the vaccine, and like in the spring start baking and cooking again!
