Potatoes Skewers

I made these potatoes from a recipe I saw on TV. I confess I didn’t believe it too much, instead, it works well and it is pretty good.

A super-easy way to serve potatoes along with other grilled food.

All you need is some good potatoes–new potatoes work best–some skewers (1 per potato ), a drizzle of olive oil, spices of choice such as paprika, or cayenne pepper to add a boost of antioxidants, herbs to spice up; for me it is always either rosemary or thyme.

The potatoes need to be sliced–all the same thickness possibly–then strung on skewers.  Add salt & pepper and your choice oI herbs and spices, and in the over (grill modality), for about 15/20 minutes.

They come out of the oven ready to be served!

It doesn’t get any easier!

And I bet that now that the season of BBQ just started, they may be just perfect in there too!

I lived the most part of my life in Washington DC, now in Italy getting to know again my country. Plenty of surprises, for good and bad, and lots of nostalgia for DC.
