I had plenty of ideas of what to write about this day.
That was more than a month ago. Things however did change very much this past two weeks.

Of course there are plenty of women to celebrate from the past, women that changed history, but were always played down, or even misrepresented.
Today however, there is no doubt that we should think about the women of Ukraine that leave their towns and husbands behind and leave to who-knows-where. They may never be able to go back, and even if they do, what they will find is certainly not what they left.
There are plenty of stories in papers to read about them. I can only encourage everyone to do their little bit to help the women and children displaced by this senseless invasion.

There are plenty of good charity sites where it is possible to do so.
Never did I think I would see such things in a EU territory. I am very short on rhetoric by I do hope I made my point across.
Why do men walk into the “fog of war?” Why not Live in peace.
So many beautiful lives lost.
Imagine there’s no countries
It isn’t hard to do
Nothing to kill or die for
And no religion, tooImagine all the people
Livin’ life in peaceYou may say I’m a dreamer
J. Lennon
But I’m not the only one
I hope someday you’ll join us
And the world will be as one
